2. Return Process
a. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at refunds@thechildrenwarehouse.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
b. Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package when returning the item.
c. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and tags.
d. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is defective or incorrect due to our error.
3. Refund Process
